• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Verify, record, and post financial transactions.
• Process ACH payments, wire transfers, share drafts, and returned deposits.
• Review invoices, assign GL codes, and prepare payments.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and accounting records.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and provide backup accounting support.
