Job summary

Ironwall in California seeks a detail‑oriented Privacy Specialist to safeguard clients’ digital footprints in a client‑facing, onsite role. Strong judgment and discretion are essential.

You will identify and remove sensitive information, manage client accounts end-to-end, and communicate progress clearly by phone, email, and chat.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly reliable Privacy Specialist to join our growing team. This is a critical, client-facing role responsible for safeguarding individuals’ digital footprints and delivering a high-trust, high-impact service. This is not a typical entry-level support role—this position requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage sensitive information with precision and discretion.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify, track, and remove sensitive personal information from online sources


• Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and high-quality service delivery


• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat


• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding progress, updates, and resolutions

• Background in privacy, cybersecurity, legal support, or investigations is a plus
