You will identify and remove sensitive information, manage client accounts end-to-end, and communicate progress clearly by phone, email, and chat.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, track, and remove sensitive personal information from online sources.
• Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding progress, updates, and resolutions.
• Troubleshoot complex cases and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client outcomes.
