Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in cross-functional program or portfolio management within a regulated environment.
• Experience in readiness management, scope, scheduling, and governance across global programs.
• Experience building program reporting infrastructure: dashboards, status reports, risk logs, exec briefings.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc) and translating requirements to system specs.
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership audiences.
