You will help operationalize data subject requests, international privacy reviews, and other initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to improve workflows and policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of privacy, compliance, information security, risk management, project coordination, higher education administration, or related work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience developing, documenting, coordinating, or improving business processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, triage, and tracking of data subject requests and ensure processing per procedures.
• Operationalize privacy reviews for international research and business activities.
• Refine privacy-related intake forms, workflows, and business processes.
• Develop, review, revise, and communicate privacy policies and guidance.
• Organize meetings with privacy liaisons and maintain communications across the university.
