The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, policy guidance, and risk management to protect confidential information and support institutional privacy programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; field as listed in the ad.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of privacy, compliance, risk management, or related experience.
• Experience with privacy and data protection requirements (HIPAA, FERPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate activities across departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders; document decisions.
