Job summary

Toyota Privacy & Governance is seeking a Privacy Operations Consultant in Plano, TX to lead enterprise privacy strategy and execution across digital platforms.

You will work with Marketing Technology to implement consent mechanisms, monitor evolving privacy laws, and coordinate privacy notices. This role requires strong communication, ability to handle ambiguity, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy/compliance/data protection roles.
• Experience with GDPR/CCPA and digital privacy.
• Experience implementing cookie management and consent on websites.

Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions to categorize, manage, and ensure cookie/privacy compliance across platforms.
• Determine best approach for implementing consumer consent mechanisms on websites.
• Drive updates to privacy notices across sites to reflect data practices.
• Track third-party vs service provider contracts to meet privacy obligations.
