Toyota’s Privacy & Governance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Privacy Operations Consultant. Reporting to the Privacy & Governance Senior Manager, this role leads consultant-level strategy and execution to advance privacy governance across TMNA. The position drives enterprise-wide advocacy and training, builds and sustains a global privacy network, and develops mechanisms to proactively monitor and synthesize external changes in automotive privacy expectations, consumer sentiment, and evolving legal/regulatory requirements. The person in this role will be a subject matter expert on compliance with privacy regulations across digital platforms, including cookie management, consent processes, website tracking and collaborating with Marketing Technology and other marketing teams. The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex tasks effectively. Proven ability to work with and successfully communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
