Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems US is seeking a hands-on Privacy Engineering expert to design and build a global privacy platform. You will refine requirements, develop the target-state architecture for consent, data governance, and regional compliance, and lead MVP/PoC efforts to validate feasibility and UX.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in privacy engineering, experience with connected products or IoT, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with focus on privacy
• Experience designing privacy management platforms and MVPs
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, APPI and regional privacy requirements
• Proven ability to translate high-level requirements into practical technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into an implementation plan.
• Develop target-state privacy architecture including consent management and data governance.
• Lead MVP/PoC development to validate feasibility, UX, and regulatory objectives.
• Define scalable architecture patterns for mobile apps, connected products, and portals.
• Provide build-vs-buy recommendations for privacy technology solutions.
• Produce target-state architectures, technical designs, and roadmap recommendations.
