Job summary

BCG Attorney Search partners with a Naples, Florida-based law firm to recruit a Privacy and Mobility Associate Attorney. The role supports the Privacy and Mobility Practice, advising on AI, data privacy, and security across industries including autonomous vehicles and consumer data.

JD required with admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; 3–5 years of privacy-law experience; IAPP CIPP/US preferred; on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Three to five years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in privacy, data protection, or related areas.
• Familiarity with state consumer privacy laws, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Ability to produce clear, client-ready written work.
• Sound analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Interest in technology-forward industries.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities.
• Preferred: IAPP CIPP/US certification.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity compliance programs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data-related agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare client-ready memoranda.
• Draft privacy policies and related documentation.
• Support mobility-related regulatory and compliance matters.
• Assist with incident response and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor legal developments and update clients accordingly.

Education

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Three to five years of relevant legal experience

Experience in privacy, data protection, or related areas
