Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Three to five years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in privacy, data protection, or related areas.
- Familiarity with state consumer privacy laws, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Ability to produce clear, client-ready written work.
- Sound analytical judgment and attention to detail.
- Interest in technology-forward industries.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities.
- Preferred: IAPP CIPP/US certification.
