Vital Records Control (VRC) seeks an ROI Specialist I to handle Release of Information requests with care for privacy and accuracy. You will work within the VitalChart department, ensuring HIPAA compliance and secure handling of medical records for healthcare clients.

You will log, track, and QC records, coordinate with supervisors, and adapt to changing facility assignments while maintaining high productivity and professional client communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred.
• Prior ROI fulfillment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in MS Office and document processing.
• Able to read and comprehend English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities
