TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a seasoned Governance & Operations Manager to lead enterprise data privacy and compliance initiatives, shaping policies, driving training, and overseeing issues with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data privacy, data governance, enterprise risk management, or regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Supports creation of documentation and reports required by external regulatory bodies and TD internal groups.
• Leads development of team procedures and governance processes and advises stakeholders of changes to enterprise Compliance programs.
• Provides governance oversight through management of policy/training exemptions and reporting to senior executives.
• Represents CGO on internal/external committees and regulatory change initiatives.
