The Privacy Data Compliance Governance & Operations Manager will lead and coordinate enterprise data privacy initiatives, PIAs, training, and reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to implement scalable controls and a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data privacy, governance, or regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Experience reviewing privacy assessments and controls.
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management and information protection best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of enterprise Compliance programs, including frameworks, policies, standards and procedures.
• Provide governance oversight for policy and training exemption governance and reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams and major initiatives with significant scope and risk.
• Support regulatory change management initiatives and reporting to executives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and business partners to ensure compliance across the organization.
