privacy and cybersecurity law, advising on data management, security, AI, and regulatory matters, including incident response. The ideal candidate has a JD, bar admission, 5+ years’ experience, and a track record negotiating contracts and handling complex regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• JD from an accredited law school required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Admission to appropriate State Bar in good standing.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong legal research and analysis skills.
• Ability to simplify, problem solve, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to management and employees in Corporate Group functions.
• Negotiate contracts and assist with product roll-outs and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on regulatory developments and address potential legal risks.
• Support incident response and privacy matters in data, AI and cybersecurity contexts.
• Collaborate with Privacy Office, Product Legal, Marketing, Data, Regulatory and Platforms teams.
