Job summary

ICW Group seeks a privacy/compliance professional to advise on corporate privacy matters and lead the management of the privacy program across the organization. You will partner with Legal, IT, and business units to ensure regulatory readiness and effective data protection practices.

The role requires interpreting privacy laws, developing governance frameworks, and delivering actionable guidance without AI. JD preferred and 4+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience interpreting privacy laws for program management.
• Ability to translate complex statutory language into clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy program in coordination with Information Security, HR, and vendors.
• Oversee data events and incident response processes.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and risk metrics.
• Prepare reports for leadership on compliance risk management.
