Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Divisional Data Privacy Administrator to join a warm, dynamic team in a hybrid role across Malvern, PA, Scottsdale, AZ, or Charlotte, NC. Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire Full-Time options are available.

You will lead privacy investigations, promote prevention practices, and work with management, legal, and business partners to close high-risk gaps. A degree and privacy experience are preferred, with Series 7/63 licenses required.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 required before submission.
• Minimum 1 year of related data privacy experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Personal Wealth processes and systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations, documentation, and resolution of privacy incidents, mindful of state privacy requirements.
• Promote a culture of privacy prevention through education and training.
• Collaborate with management, legal, global privacy, and internal business partners to address high-risk scenarios.
• Maintain and improve written privacy procedures to stay compliant with evolving regulations.
