Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a food service or management role.
• Strong leadership experience supervising staff and incarcerated workers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain client rapport and collaboration with other departments.
• Ability to follow Aramark's service model and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Ability to manage food service operations with cost controls.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food production in a secure facility and ensure compliant meal service.
