Entelligence is seeking a Prisma Access Engineer to support our Customer’s clients in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The role focuses on delivering secure networking solutions using Prisma Access and GlobalProtect, handling configurations, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.

The engineer will participate in technical discussions with Entelligence, customers, and end users, providing quick, effective support to keep environments secure and compliant while advancing best practices

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Global Protect or Prisma Access.
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring and response-time metrics.
• Ability to perform packet capture analysis and fault isolation.
• Knowledge of Remote Access technologies deployment.
• Network security experience including IPS/IDS, NGFW.
• Strong IP routing skills: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
• Experience with Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN).
• Willingness to learn and work at the bleeding edge of networking.

• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
• Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.

Entelligence is seeking a Prisma Access Engineer to support our Customer’s clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, the Customer, and the end-user. The Prisma Access Engineer will regularly participate in technical discussions with multifunctional teams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better working environments, and better cybersecurity. Providing quick thinking and support to the client and ensuring the fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on experience with Global Protect or Prisma Access
• Application Performance Monitoring expertise – Response time metrics, Application identification.
• Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation
• In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies.
• Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
• In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN)
• Desire to learn on your feet and thrive on the bleeding edge of networking.
