Role Description (Job Summary)

We are seeking an experienced Prisma Access Consultant to join our Professional Services team, supporting a large enterprise customer environment in the Dallas area. This is a customer-facing, on-site role requiring hands-on deployment and configuration expertise across the Prisma Access / SASE ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has real-world experience implementing these solutions at scale and is ready to grow into an architect-level role over time. This is not an architect-level position today - but it is a growth path toward one. We are looking for someone who has genuinely built, configured, and supported Prisma Access environments, not someone who has simply listed the technology on a resume.

Your Impact (Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary on-site technical resource for a large enterprise customer's Prisma Access environment
• Configure and support Prisma Access, GlobalProtect, and related SASE components
• Design and implement Remote Networks (RNs) and Mobile User (MU) deployments
• Support BGP routing, split tunneling, and related network configurations
• Implement and maintain DLP and SSL Decryption policies
• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer - presenting solutions, answering technical questions, and navigating difficult conversations with a consultative approach (offering alternatives rather than simply saying "no")
• Own implementation and deployment work rather than reactive ticket or escalation support
• Operate independently while representing the organization professionally in an embedded, customer-facing capacity
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow technical depth toward future architect-level responsibilities

Your Experience (Qualifications)

• Hands-on experience with Prisma Access (real deployment/configuration work, not just familiarity)
• Working knowledge of SASE architecture
• DLP and SSL Decryption exposure
• BGP routing and general routing experience
• Experience deploying Remote Networks (RNs) and supporting Mobile Users (MUs)
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale enterprise environments - able to speak to user volume, environment complexity, and deployment scope
• Strong customer-facing / consulting background, including leading deployments, advising clients, and owning implementation work

Key Competencies (Preferred / Other Qualifications)

• Resume and interview depth that clearly shows how, where, and why Prisma Access was used - not just a keyword in a skills list
• Ability to naturally discuss BGP, routing, mobile users, remote networks, DLP, and SSL decryption without relying on rehearsed buzzwords
• A consultant mindset: solution-oriented, able to lead deployments and advise customers (not an operator profile such as ticket queues, NOC/SOC, escalation-only, or help desk work)
• Experience navigating challenging deployments and solving real problems, not just working on straightforward projects
