Job summary

Entelligence in Denver, CO is seeking a Prisma Access Engineer to support a customer in a hybrid setting. You will engage with Entelligence, the customer, and end users to keep environments secure.

The role involves technical discussions, rapid problem solving, and delivering guidance on configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices while contributing to security improvements and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GlobalProtect or Prisma Access.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Denver, CO.
• Experience in fault isolation and remediation in networks.
• Knowledge of remote access technologies and security controls.
• Proficiency with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
• Familiarity with legacy WAN solutions and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
• Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• Desire to learn on your feet and thrive on the bleeding edge of networking.

Entelligence is seeking a Prisma Access Engineer to support a customer in Denver, CO in a hybrid setting. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, the Customer, and the end-user.

The Prisma Access Engineer will regularly participate in technical discussions with multifunctional teams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better working environments, and better cybersecurity. Providing quick thinking and support to the client and ensuring the fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on experience with Global Protect or Prisma Access
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Denver, Colorado.
• Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation
• In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies.
• Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
• In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN)
• Desire to learn on your feet and thrive on the bleeding edge of networking.
