Job summary

Entelligence is seeking a Prisma Cloud Professional Services Consultant to support Palo Alto Networks clients remotely from Costa Rica. The role requires collaborating with Entelligence, Palo Alto Networks, and end users in a cross‑functional environment.

You will guide customers deploying security integrations, provide architecture guidance, and work with client personnel to optimize their security posture using Prisma Cloud and related tools.

Qualifications

• Solutions Architect with DevOps background.
• Comfort presenting to leadership and customers.
• Knowledge of GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Python scripting (beginner+) and RQL/RedLock or Twistlock.
• Mid to advanced Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Automation: CI/CD pipeline exposure.
• BS in CS, MIS, business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading security solutions in large environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leaders and technical peers.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time with the customer.
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, peers, engineering and support teams as appropriate.
• Understand the customer environment, requirements, and security roadmap to implement the appropriate security solution.
• Configure, implement, and maintain Prisma Cloud.
• Optimize and migrate policies and objects from the existing environment to our Next‑Gen Firewall.
• Test and validate the migration environment.
• Coordinate and execute cutover to production.
• Provide guidance on code upgrades.
• Facilitate the development of new application and threat signatures.
• Interact with our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to understand and diagnose support cases.
• Some travel may be required, dependent on customer request.

Prisma Cloud Professional Services Consultant - Remote, Costa Rica

Entelligence is seeking a Consultant to support Palo Alto Networks clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross‑functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, Palo Alto Networks, and the end‑user.

The Consultant will provide guidance and technical support to clients deploying our security integrations. You will act as the technical partner, providing strategic guidance around complex systems to secure a digital environment. Interacting directly with the client, partnering closely with client personnel to guide and suggest integrations to better serve their success. Your thorough understanding of our product integrations contributes to the development of new principles and concepts - providing detailed analysis around what is working, what is not, and what could be better.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Solutions Architect experience (Dev Ops Engineering background)
• Must be very comfortable with presenting to Leadership and the customer and possess strong consulting skills
• Knowledge of GCP/AWS/Azure
• Python Scripting (beginner experience at minimum) in addition to RQL preferably scripting in RedLock or Twistlock.
• Must have mid to advanced experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• Automation: CI/CD pipeline exposure
• BS in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading security solutions in large environments)
• You effectively handle multiple projects and work calmly in high pressure
• You're an excellent writer, with strong verbal communication skills, with demonstrable ability to communicate to senior leaders and technical peers
