Job summary

UN Women in the United States seeks a Business Function Specialist to advance PRISM enhancements and coordinate cross-functional work with SPU, SPRED, IST and field offices. You will manage FRD development for 2027, lead testing, and oversee rollout, ensuring dashboards and reporting meet strategic priorities.

You will also help align PRISM with other corporate systems, support learning, and prepare senior-management materials while promoting data-driven decision-making across HQ and the regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in results-based planning, monitoring and/or reporting.
• Experience coordinating requirements for corporate results management systems in UN.
• Experience using Oracle Cloud ERP or similar systems.
• Experience in gender equality and women’s rights at international levels.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the drafting and finalization of FRD for 2027 system enhancement items with PSMU and PRISM Working Group.
• Oversee end-to-end testing of 2027 enhancements for functionality, accuracy, and usability.
• Validate dashboards and reporting features to align with PMR Policy and UNSDCF processes.
• Document issues and risks identified during testing; coordinate with IST to resolve them.
• Lead the rollout process, including pilot testing and user feedback collection.
