UN Women is seeking an experienced Business Function Specialist to advance PRISM enhancements for 2027. The role requires coordinating across SPU, PSMU, IST and field offices to ensure dashboards, planning and reporting meet strategic goals under the 2026‑2029 plan.

You will drive system integration, training, and user adoption while upholding UN Women’s governance and transparency standards. Home-based international assignment.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or equivalent in development related disciplines, statistics, economics, business administration, information systems, computer science, ICT, or other social science fields.
• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another official UN language is desirable.

Mansioni

• Finalize the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) for 2027 system enhancement and coordinate testing and rollout of PRISM enhancement items.
• Oversee end-to-end testing of the 2027 enhancements to ensure functionality, accuracy, and usability for end users.
• Validate dashboards and reporting features to ensure they meet business needs and align with PMR processes.
• Document issues identified during testing and work with IST to resolve them before rollout.
• Lead the rollout process, including pilot testing and user feedback collection.
• Support integration and alignment of PRISM with other corporate systems including UNInfo.
