Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, Ltd is seeking a Head of Prism Operations to lead a team focused on delivering the Prism product. This high-impact role requires expertise in data engineering, client reporting, and team leadership across multiple geographical locations including the US and abroad.

The ideal candidate will manage escalations, drive delivery excellence, and collaborate with sales and product teams. A Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in a similar field are necessary. Competitive salary range of $100K - $120K annually is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or client-facing program management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 10 or more.
• Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 15 engineers and analysts.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Prism implementations.
• Act as primary escalation point for client issues.
