Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Head of Prism Operations to lead a distributed team of engineers and delivery specialists across Boise, Edinburgh, and India. You will own end-to-end Prism delivery, manage client escalations, and partner with Sales to close opportunities while aligning with Product on client feedback.

The role demands hands-on data pipeline expertise, strong SQL/reporting skills, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams in fast-evolving product environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Economics, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, technical delivery, or client-facing program management.
• 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading teams of 10+.

Responsibilities

• Leads a distributed team across Boise, Edinburgh, and India.
• Owns end-to-end Prism implementations ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Manages escalations and drives timely resolution with urgency.
• Partners with Sales to scope, support, and close Prism opportunities.
• Collaborates with Product Management to surface client feedback and prioritize enhancements.
• Sets goals and develops team members through regular 1-on-1s.
• Monitors project delivery metrics and implements process improvements.
