Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, trains and retains a team of analysts and delivery specialists.
• Owns end-to-end delivery of Prism implementations, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Partners with Sales to scope, support, and close Prism opportunities.
• Manages team performance through 1-on-1s and career development.
• Establishes and monitors delivery metrics and drives process improvements.
• Operate within a global framework and manage projects and people.
