Job summary

• Coordinate and process medical prior authorizations for procedures
• Triage calls and requests from providers/patients for authorizations
• Maintain professional communication with patients and clinic staff
• Verify insurance information and post payments
• Review EOBs and research denials
• Assist with scheduling and other duties as assigned
