UW Madison's Digital Publishing and Printing Services (DPPS) is seeking a customer service representative to join the team in our digital print facility. In this role, you will use a combination of your print production experience and customer service skills to help serve the UW campus and beyond! DPPS is one of the largest in-house print production centers within the State of Wisconsin government. This position requires work to be performed in-person, on-site, at 2109 S. Stoughton Road, Madison, WI (off campus). Our state-of-the-art facility offers free, on-site parking. Per University policy, transportation between home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee. Division of Information Technology, Systems Engineering & Operations, Digital Publishing & Printing Services Systems Engineering & Operations (SEO) is the infrastructure and operations unit for DoIT. SEO provides physical and virtual hosting, storage, backup, and database infrastructure for campus needs as well as research computing resources. Additionally, our Digital Publishing and Printing Service (DPPS) provides full-service digital media and a wide range of printing services for campus. Through a combination of in-house equipment and external vendors, we can service all your printing needs. We produce a wide variety of booklets, brochures, forms, envelopes, cards, flyers, posters, tickets, letterheads, newsletters, business cards, and even custom textbooks and course packets.
Starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications. Well qualified applicants can anticipate to earn between $22.00/hour - $24.00/hour, with final salary based on experience and qualifications.
