Job summary

Polytainers, a leading North American manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging, is seeking a Machine Operator/Press Operator in the Printing Department. You will operate printing presses, tear down and set up colors, and ensure product quality at the packing station while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong English communication, with teamwork skills and experience in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing environment experience is an asset.
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing presses and pack/unpack rigid plastic containers.
• Tear down presses, replace plates, wash and prep colour heads.
• Monitor product quality at the packing station and update records.
• Adhere to safety, 5S and health and safety rules.
