Job summary

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our production team in Monroe Township, NJ. You will operate printing press equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications. Shift is Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm.

You must be able to adjust equipment, perform basic math, and read job instructions. Physical work includes lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment to tolerances.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and understand job instructions.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with team.
Physical ability to regularly lift up to 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specs and quality standards.
Perform equipment maintenance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency.
Verify paper type/size/color/quantity before production.
Check printing plates for correct format and quality.
Inspect printed materials to ensure quality throughout production.
Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules.
