Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Press/Print Operating Technician on a full-time basis in Monroe Township, NJ. You will operate printing press equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure production runs safely and to customer specifications.

The role requires ability to adjust machinery, read job instructions, and maintain equipment. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with hourly pay around $17–$17.50 depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards

• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production
• Check printing plates for correct format
• Inspect printed materials throughout production to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing deadlines

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate printing press equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17-17.50. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
