Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our production team in Monroe Township. You will operate printing press equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.

The role requires work authorization in the United States and a willingness to work Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm. We offer benefits including DailyPay, health plans, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to adjust equipment mechanisms to tolerances.
• Mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency.
• Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production.
• Check printing plates for correct format.
• Inspect printed materials throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing deadlines.
• Follow all safety requirements related to the job and equipment.
