ProAmpac is seeking a Printing Press Assistant for the Printing Department in a climate-controlled manufacturing setting. You will follow quality requirements, prepare for orders, package finished rolls, monitor viscosities, and manage ink dispersal per specs. Forklift operation may be required to move products.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical and math skills, and a detail-oriented, team-focused attitude. Previous printing equipment experience is a plus.

Your Role: Printing Press Assistant - Printing Department:

• Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepares for upcoming orders.

Shift:

2, 2, 3 rotating between days and nights every two weeks

Physical Demands

• The employee must frequently position or move up to 25 - 50 pounds.
• Lifting or moving items weighing greater than 50 pounds requires the use of lifting equipment or co-worker assistance.

Work Environment

• Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.
