Job summary

ProAmpac in Kaukauna, WI, is seeking a Printing Press Assistant for the Printing Department. You will support press operations by following quality requirements, preparing for orders, and packaging finished rolls.

This role requires basic mechanical and math skills, strong attention to detail, and a team‑oriented attitude. Prior printing equipment experience is a plus, and you may fill in for the Press Operator when needed.

Shift

2, 2, 3 rotating between days and nights every two weeks

Physical Demands

• The employee must frequently position or move up to 25 - 50 pounds.
• Lifting or moving items weighing greater than 50 pounds requires the use of lifting equipment or co-worker assistance.
  

Work Environment

• Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.
