Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Printing Press Assistant in Neenah, WI to support the Printing Department. You will follow quality requirements, prepare for orders, package finished rolls, monitor process viscosities, and handle ink dispersion as needed. Ability to step in for the Press Operator is encouraged.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical and math skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Prior printing equipment experience is a plus.

• Previous experience with printing equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical and math skills are important.

Shift

2, 2, 3 rotating between days and nights every two weeks

Physical Demands

• The employee must frequently position or move up to 25 - 50 pounds.


• Lifting or moving items weighing greater than 50 pounds requires the use of lifting equipment or co-worker assistance.

Work Environment

• Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.
