CCL Careers is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate activities in our manufacturing environment. You will supervise 25–50 employees, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize workflows while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating with other departments, inspecting products, and analyzing production data to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple facets of printing, converting and label manufacturing.
• Experience in a supervisor role.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of production department(s) to meet schedules.
• Inspects products and ensures conformance to specifications per SOPs.
• Maintains harmony and resolves grievances among employees.
• Plans department operations by reviewing schedules and product data.
• Collects and analyzes production data; reports insights to management.
• Maintains employee time for payroll; enforces safety regulations.
• Trains co-workers for production demands and ensures SOP compliance.
• Adjusts work procedures to meet production targets and schedules.
