Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of printing/finishing or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Finishing staff across two shifts.
• Establish priorities, coordinate breaks, and manage overtime.
• Review production schedules and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to meet customer commitments.
• Provide hands-on production support when needed.
