Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee all shift operations including pre-production, post-production, quality control, and shipping.

You will ensure timely completion of orders by directing staff, addressing bottlenecks, and maintaining quality results on the production floor. You will lead staff through shift huddles, coordinate with support teams, and enforce safety and efficiency on a busy manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Clear and effective communication with all levels of management
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling personnel issues and administering corrective action

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations during your shift, including production, post-production, quality control, and shipping
• Prioritize and organize daily production, guide staff, and address bottlenecks to meet timelines
• Ensure departments produce and ship parts meeting quality guidelines while maintaining safety
• Support training, coaching, and development of staff
• Maintain smooth shift transitions with regular shift huddles for clear communication
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Preflight teams to resolve orders
• Maintain a safe, organized production floor
• Perform end-of-shift duties as directed by the Operations Director
• Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action with leadership
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Director
• Perform other duties as assigned
