Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Press Associate for our Sibley, Iowa facility. The role supports the Operator with set-up and production of print materials, ensuring ink and paper are prepped and ready for the press to minimize downtime.

A clean, orderly press area is essential to maintain high quality and efficiency. The Printing Associate reports to the Production Manager; in their absence, duties may be taken on by the Printing Operator or Production Manager’s designate.

• Prepare for the next run to reduce downtime during set-ups.
• Maintain a clean press, work area and department to support efficiency and quality.
• If absent, duties may be performed by the Printing Operator or Production Manager.
