Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented technician to repair a range of printers, including mobile/handheld and large-format devices. The role requires following safety practices, working independently or with a team, and contributing to process improvements.

You will document symptoms, perform basic testing and inspections, and assist with simple analysis under supervision. Shifts available: 1st and 2nd.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Adherence to safety practices and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Adaptability and willingness to support solution development.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Repair printers including mobile/handheld devices and large-format units.
• Complete basic service tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Document work performed with symptom codes and parts replacement reasons.
• Follow established work instructions for tasks and assignments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement via process standardization and documentation updates.
• Resolve basic issues under supervision and perform simple analysis with minimal variables.
