Job summary

Amcor is seeking a production operator to support daily manufacturing operations at our facility. You will report to front line leadership and coordinate across shifts to anticipate production concerns, set up and run printers and baggers, and ensure throughput while maintaining quality standards.

You will follow ISO standards and SOPs, perform routine maintenance, and assist teammates as needed. A strong emphasis on safety, PPE usage, and GMP compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.
• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capable of lifting up to 35lbs repeatedly.
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Report to front line leadership.
• Communicate between shifts to anticipate and prepare for production concerns.
• Set up, operate and monitor printers and/or baggers for daily operations.
• Safely operate equipment to maximize product throughput and minimize downtime.
• Operate to standard while complying with customer specifications and quality levels.
• Document and report substandard production and maintain GMP compliance.
