Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Jackson, Tennessee. You will rotate through tasks, set up, operate and monitor printers/baggers, ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance, and work to meet production goals with minimal downtime.

You will handle routine maintenance, document issues, and support teammates while adhering to safety standards and company values. This role follows a 12-hour shift pattern and requires reliability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Overtime required; maintain attendance in line with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate & monitor printers and/or baggers for daily operations.
• Safely operate equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Report non-conformances and maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and assist teammates as needed.
• Document data and follow SOPs and work instructions.
