James Imaging Systems in Wisconsin seeks a motivated Field Service Technician to service printers and multifunction devices at client sites. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, handle emergency repairs, and help maintain inventory and assets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, punctuality, and professional appearance. A valid driver’s license and basic computer networking knowledge are required, with training provided and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Formal electronics training or equivalent experience.
• A strong electromechanical aptitude.
• Computer skills, some networking knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
• Good time management skills to effectively manage and route service calls.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, in a fast-paced environment
• Can do some light lifting.
• Respond to client concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner

Responsibilities

• Repair printers and multifunction devices at client sites, performing preventive maintenance and emergency service.
• Maintain an organized parts inventory accurate to within 1.5%.
• Maintain a professional image and behavior.
• Adhere to dress code and present a neat appearance.
• Be dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Manage company assets: vehicle, laptop, gas card, and cell phone.
