James Imaging Systems is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Sheboygan. You will repair printers and multifunction devices at client locations, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain a professional image.

The role requires strong electromechanical aptitude, electronic training, good communication with clients, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include a company vehicle program, health insurance, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Formal electronics training or equivalent experience.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude.
• Computer skills; networking knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Good time management to manage and route service calls.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Light lifting may be required.
• Respond to client concerns promptly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Provide equipment repairs, both preventative maintenance and emergency service, of printers and multifunction devices at client locations.
• Maintain an organized parts inventory accurate to within 1.5%.
• Consistently maintain a positive, professional behavior.
• Present a professional image including attire and grooming.
• Demonstrate dependability, especially in attendance and punctuality.
• Manage company assets: vehicle, laptop, gas card, cell phone.

We are seeking talented and motivated people like you to join our Field Service Team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide equipment repairs, both preventative maintenance and emergency service, of printers and multifunction devices at our client locations.


• Maintain an organized parts inventory accurate to within 1.5%


• Consistently maintain a positive, professional behavior


• Consistently maintain a professional image to include clean wrinkle free pants and shirts, belt and business style shoes.


• Always display strong dependability especially related to attendance and punctuality.


• Maintain all company distributed assets: vehicle, laptop, gas card, cell phone.

Qualifications:

• Formal electronics training or equivalent experience.


• A strong electromechanical aptitude


• Computer skills, some networking knowledge is a plus.


• Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record


• Good time management skills to effectively manage and route service calls.


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, in a fast-paced environment


• Can do some light lifting.


• Respond to client concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner

COMPENSATION STARTING RATE IS FOR ENTRY LEVEL/NO EXPERIENCE the rate goes up depending on experience.
