• Monitor support channels, respond to printer deployment questions, and assist with common printer, scanning, and user-related issues.
• Track deployment status, validation results, issue logs, support activity, and project documentation in project tracking tools.
• Escalate deployment exceptions, incomplete items, and technical concerns to appropriate vendor, IT, and support teams for resolution.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Printer Deployment Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Bonita Springs, FL. This role supports a large-scale Printer Refresh Program and is ideal for an IT coordination, service desk, technical support, or project coordination professional who enjoys keeping deployments organized, communicating with business users, and helping technology rollouts run smoothly.

The Printer Deployment Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for branch communications, installation validation, Hypercare support, issue tracking, and project administration. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a structured technology deployment initiative while working with branch teams, vendors, technicians, and IT support groups in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute branch communications for upcoming printer refresh activities, including deployment notifications and installation advisories.
• Coordinate deployment schedules, installation timelines, branch readiness updates, and post-installation follow-up activities.
• Review installation documentation, configuration sheets, technician checklists, and deployment records to confirm successful completion.
• Monitor support channels, respond to printer deployment questions, and assist with common printer, scanning, and user-related issues.
• Track deployment status, validation results, issue logs, support activity, and project documentation in project tracking tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 to $22.50 per hour.
• Job type: Contract/Temporary.
• Location: Bonita Springs, FL.
