Job summary

Loffler Companies is seeking an Installations / Service Technician to install and network printers, copiers, and related equipment at customer locations. You will troubleshoot issues, complete service calls, and provide onsite training when needed.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, basic networking knowledge, and a drive to grow with the company, while maintaining safe, organized work practices and timely communication with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic networking experience required.
• Experience with office equipment repair preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install printers, copiers and related equipment at customer sites.
• Connect equipment to customer networks and set up drivers and scan features.
• Troubleshoot networking issues related to imaging equipment.
• Complete service calls and logs accurately and on time.
• Provide onsite customer training on equipment usage.
