Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is hiring a Print Stock Handler for the 2nd shift to move materials, stage inventory, and coordinate flow across departments. You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and load-turning equipment to keep production materials ready and accessible.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires staying active on the plant floor, maintaining accuracy in material handling, and collaborating with

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk/move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training is available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and stage materials throughout the plant using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ensure production areas have the right materials at the right time.
• Operate load-turning equipment to prepare materials for manufacturing.
• Monitor inventory flow and communicate material needs proactively.
• Work closely with operators, supervisors, and support teams across the facility.
• Identify potential production bottlenecks before they become issues.
• Adapt to changing priorities and respond quickly to production needs.
• View challenges from multiple perspectives to help keep operations running smoothly.
