Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Print Stock Handler for the 2nd shift in De Pere, WI. The role keeps production moving by coordinating material flow and communicating with operators and supervisors to ensure materials are available when needed.

The position emphasizes staying active on the plant floor, safety, and teamwork. Training is available for forklift operation as needed, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk/move throughout the facility during the shift.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; basic computer knowledge.

Print Stock Handler - 2nd Shift

Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

As a Print Stock Handler, you'll be one of the most important members of our manufacturing team. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. You'll spend your shift moving throughout the plant, communicating with operators and supervisors, coordinating material flow, and ensuring production has everything needed to run efficiently.

Success in this role requires someone who is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to see the bigger picture. Every decision you make impacts production, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Keep Production Running

• Deliver and stage materials throughout the plant using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ensure production areas have the right materials at the right time.

Be the Eyes and Ears of our Process

• Work closely with operators, supervisors, and support teams across the facility.
• Identify potential production bottlenecks before they become issues.
• Adapt to changing priorities and respond quickly to production needs.
• View challenges from multiple perspectives to help keep operations running smoothly.

Champion Quality & Safety

• Perform routine quality checks on incoming and staged materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Assist in housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts throughout the plant.

• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training is available.
