Job summary

Wisconsin Converting, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in Green Bay. The role involves moving materials, stocking, and shipping support, with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and safe forklift operation.

2nd shift hours are Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with start times typically between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Starting pay is $19/hr and is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Material-handling experience preferred.
• ERP or inventory management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply production equipment with required raw materials and move finished goods to designated storage locations.
• Scan and accurately record inventory and material movements in company systems.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Pick customer orders and verify product identity, quantity, and condition for accuracy.
• Palletize, shrink-wrap, weigh, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts, bin audits, and other inventory verification activities.
• Replenish picking locations and return unused materials to designated storage areas.
• Assist with staging outbound shipments and provide backup shipping support as needed.
• Communicate with production and warehouse team members to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production work areas.
• Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, safety requirements, inventory procedures, and equipment operating procedures.
